By proceeding onto master-planning, we can then outline a development framework in agreement with the Local Authority. This leads onto detailed design resolution, which includes a full analysis of the site to evaluate the constraints, followed by a design which responds accordingly. The detailed designs also adhere to the Local Authorities planning guidance, highways constraints and commercial aspects to ensure that the site's potential has been maximised whilst being achievable.
