Mar City Developments have recently acquired the Wagon Automotive plc site in Brownhills in a sale and leaseback deal.

Wagon have taken a leaseback on 2 seperate leases for 2 and 5 years respectively on the 13 acre site which provides approximately 280,000 sq ft of manufacturing accomodation.

The site is strategically located and a comprehensive masterplanning exercise is underway to explore the potential for the redevelopment of the site
