Mar City have completed contracts with prominent RSL, Accord Housing Association, based in West Bromwich.

The £20 million development incorporates the redevelopment of the former WH Keys site in Church Lane, West Bromwich and will provide 150 new dwellings with tenures ranging from rent, shared ownership and open market sale.

The development is in the final stages of detailed planning and is recognised as a major regeneration scheme within Sandwell Borough.

Remediation works are currently in progress, with construction works scheduled to commence during the next 12 months.
