Mar City Developments Ltd have recently secured the purchase of St Martin's Convent, situated on the outskirts of the Leicestershire Hamlet of Stoke Golding.

Consultation is in progress with the local planning authority, in regard to a residential scheme for the elderly, incorporating associated communal facilites.
