Mar City Developments Limited have recently acquired the former Marfield Primary School in Redditch.

The site, in excess of 4.0 acres, is located within an existing residential area and close to local amenities.

Consultation is currently on-going with Redditch Borough Council, for a residential scheme for the elderly, incorporating associated communal facilities.
