Mar City Developments Ltd has recently secured the 10 acre campus site from City College Coventry. The disposal, forms part of the Colleges' development programme incorporating their new facility at nearby Swanswell.

Outline planning approval was granted by Coventry City Council on 30th November 2006.

The approval designates the site for residential development and position of site access , an initial masterplan demonstrates the site capable of delivering in excess of 300 new dwellings.
