Mar City Developments Limited is celebrating 12 successful months in its new prestigious offices located on Stratford Road, Solihull. After nearly 20 rewarding years, the company had outgrown its previous premises in Olton.

Our own in-house team designed, sought and obtained planning permission to refurbish the former french restaurant. Complete renovation was required over two floors providing  4220 sq ft of office space and externally, 23 secure staff and visitor car parking spaces, necessary to accomodate the Land, Planning, Construction, Finance, Administration, and Sales and Marketing Departments.
