Mar City Developments have  acquired 25 acres of industrial premises in Tipton and negociations are in progress in regard to a land assembly package.

Discussions are underway with Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council and the Homes and Communities Ageny to explore the potential for the comprehensive redevelopment of this strategically located site.
