Site History:

A cement manufacturer and a civil engineering works previously occupied the site.

Site Constraints:

A cement mixing silo and various administration units were demolished; the entire yard was subsequently levelled and concreted; land drains were installed to accomodate new office buildings and the existing workshop was refurbished by our sister company Marplant Limited.

Development Proposals:

Presently, the site is leased to a machinery and plant hire business, with offices, a storage yard and a workshop.
