Former use:

Located within the Award Winning New Hampton Lofts residentialĀ development on Great Hampton Street, Birmingham. It was formerly home to the 1920's Joseph Lucas electrical component factory.

Site constraints:

The existing three storey buildings had heavy contents of asbestos and various surface and ground contaminates due to its previous uses which has subsequently been cleared and decontaminated.
