Former use:

Located within the Award Winning New Hampton Lofts residential development on Great Hampton Street, Birmingham. It was formerly home to the 1920's Joseph Lucas electrical component factory.

The site forms part of Birmingham's Urban Regeneration Area.

Site constraints:

The existing three storey buildings had heavy contents of asbestos and various surface and ground contaminates due to its previous uses which has subsequently been cleared and decontaminated.

Development proposals:

Re-developed in partnership with our sister company Marplant Limited and a national house builder, the development  provides 400 New York Loft style apartments.

The ground floor on Great Hampton Street, provides over 10,000 sq ft of flexible commercial, retail and leisure space, which can be divided into seperate units with the potential to add mezzanine floors.
