Former Use:

Situated on Alcester Road, Wythall, Birmingham the site was a former restaurant.

Site Constraints:

Following acquisition, a change of use was successfully obtained enabling a total refurbishment of  the existing building into over 2000 sq ft of usable space for the current landlord.

Development Proposals:

Presently, the site is leased to a practising veterinary clinic occupying two floors, including two comprehensive operating theatres, segregated dog and cat areas and  four consulting suites and a large car park.
