Former use:

An industrial warehousing and wire manufacturing factory and a small foundry were situated on the main part of the site. The site forms part of The Hill Top Regeneration Area.

Site Constraints:

Due to the sites former use, proposals will involve, full geo-technical remediation of the site, to the approval of both the Local Authority and the Environment Agency.

Development proposals:

The site is zoned for residential use, and proposals are for a development consisting of approx: 140 dwellings, associated infrastructure and the provision of Affordable Housing.
