Former use:

The site was previously developed for use as a purpose built cold storage unit together with loading bays and associated office accommodation.

Site constraints:

Following initial investigations, indications are that following demolition and removal of asbestos, the site has been remediated, to the approval of the Environment Agency.

Development proposals:

Detailed planning permission has been successfully secured to develop the site for Residential Care (C2 Use). The scheme will  consist of a 90 bed Nursing Home and a 62 bed Extra Care scheme with additional communal facilities.
