Our targeted growth has allowed us to become one of the UK's leading providers of Affordable Housing, establishing productive partnerships with RSL's, Local Authorities and Government Agencies. Our broad range of expertise within the housing sector has galvanised our reputation for land procurement, planning and design solutions, sustainable technology, construction and project management.

We are actively driving forward the Governments targets for Affordable Housing, through our own partnership status with The Homes and Community Agency (HCA).

Our emphasis lies on customer satisfaction, in regard to high quality, deliverability and cost control. In line with Government aims, the majority of our developments are delivered on regenerated brownfield sites. Remnants of our industrial past, as in the case with much brownfield land, a level of remediation and de-contamination is required. Through our “in-house” remediation and geo-technical expertise, we can resolve any problematic site, delivering workable solutions in liaison with both the Local Authority and Environment Agency.

Our target for delivery through the current NAHP 2011 programme exceeds over 2000 new homes. The aim for the long term is to grow existing relationships and form new, with confidence to deliver sustainable, mixed tenure housing for the future.
